Ingredients

  • 1 small head green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup Bounwell's Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced red onion.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk together Bounwell's Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and mustard.
  3. 3Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until well coated.
  4. 4Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5Add fresh parsley and mix gently.
  6. 6Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. 7Toss again before serving to redistribute the dressing.
